# 2017年中国天然气行业市场需求分析

我国天然气消费主要可以分为四大类，其中工业燃料占比38.2%，城镇燃气消费量占比32.5%，发电用量占比14.7%，化工用气占比14.6%。随着环境保护意识的增强，我国着力推进清洁能源的使用，2017年政府工作报告中明确提出优化能源结构，清洁能源消费比重提高1.7个百分点，煤炭消费比重下降2个百分点，预计天然气消费量会进一步增长。

工业燃料“煤改气”，能源结构优化。

国能源产业以煤为主，工业燃料中煤炭占比约70%，远高于欧美国家的15%。为了促进能源结构优化，必须对工业燃料进行调整，“煤改气”是重要的措施。

城镇化稳步推进，气化人口显著增加。

2016年我国城镇化率达到57%，预计2020年达到60%，2030年达到70%。随着城镇化进程稳步推进，城镇天然气管道和用气人口显著增加，过去10年天然气管道长度复合增速17%，气化人口数量复合增速15%，城市天然气供应量复合增速17.5%。

气电装机规模稳定增长，产业政策引导天然气发电行业加速发展。

2016年，我国社会用电量达到5.92万亿千瓦时，同比增长6.7%，天然气装机6637万千瓦，占全国电力装机量3%，燃气发电量约为1658亿千瓦时，占全国发电量的2.9%。2017年政府工作报告中提出，今年要淘汰、停建、缓建煤电产能5000万千瓦以上，为清洁能源发展留下空间。
