越南成品油进口关税大幅度下降，汽油进口关税下调至5.62%，柴油进口关税下调至0.58%

根据越南媒体的报导，2023年7月4日，越南财政部宣布大幅度下调成品油进口关税，其中汽油进口关税下调至5.62%，柴油进口关税下调至0.58%，重油进口关税下调至1.38%。越南主要成品油供应商立刻宣布下调了成品油零售价格。越南成品油售价的下降，有利于促进越南市场汽车的销售。据元哲咨询分析，截止2022年底，越南人均汽车保有量不足30辆/千人，离全球主流水平300-600辆/千人的水平相差甚远，因此汽车市场空间巨大。

根据元哲咨询搜集的资料显示，2023年7月4日，越南市场成品油零售价格大约为以下水平：92号汽油约20470越南盾/升（折合6.1元人民币/升），95号汽油约21400越南盾/升（折合6.4元人民币/升）。0号柴油价格大约18100越南盾/升（折合5.4元人民币/升）。
据元哲咨询分析，越南虽然对外出口原油，但由于本国炼油能力较低，每年仍需进口相当数量的成品油，如汽油。柴油，重油等。对于中国企业而言，越南的石油化工行业，具有很多投资机会。
